Extruded Vinyl Cladding
Only lead-free virgin vinyl is used in our Liberty cladding.  All vinyl extrusions are a minimum .060 thick which is six times thicker than typical aluminum cladding.  This extra thickness enabled us to create an air circulation chamber between the cladding and the wood which significantly improves the thermal resistance of the window system.

Powerpane Plus Low E Argon Glazing
Our replacement vinyl windows feature high performance glazing which consists of an advanced Low Emmissivity coating, an airspace filled with argon gas and a warm edge steel spacer bar around the perimeter.  This combination of materials reduces heat loss through the glass, minimizes condensation and filters out harmful U.V. rays.

Energy Efficiency
To insure maximum energy-efficiency all our vinyl window sashes and frames are fusion-welded. Frames are insulated with patented R-Core® polyurethane insulation. Optional HiR + Plus® glass with argon gas delivers the highest R-factors. Our weatherstripping provides the lowest air infiltration ratings and sets the standard for the industry.
